Most people become quite dejected by the thought of their last failed interview.
On the other hand there is always a positive if you think with an open mind and you look for it!
Almost without exception every employee, unless employed by a friend or a family member, will have at least one failed interview and one successful interview behind them.
Question! So why do most of us focus on an interview we fail?
On this side of the pond we don't like pushy door-to-door sales people but there is one important attitudinal lesson we can learn from them.
They know that every 'no' is simply one step closer to the next 'yes'.
Change you attitude and you too will be able to dismiss the failed interview - learn from it by all means - but move on and focus on preparing for the next one.
