Is the work you do for your job getting in the way of your career?
If you don't know what's going on at work and if confusion reigns, either you aren't asking the right questions or someone is being evasive with their answers.
It's time perhaps to have a chat with your mentor, your coach or your master mind group.
It is certainly time to ask yourself whether the working environment you are in is conducive to your wellbeing and a decent work life balance.
A good question to start with might be, "Do I look forward to Monday mornings?"
If the answer is "No", then the next question is, "What am I going to do about it?"
You have two options!
1. You learn how to manage your own working environment proactively.
2. You seek out a better working environment in a different organisation.
Either way your career coach will be able to help you.
Let me know if you'd like some help, but if not me then I can highly recommend Peter Wilford, David Roden, Steve Preston or Elizabeth Harding-Massey.
