The simple three word answer to the question is, "The right attitude!"
In an ideal world we would all be reliable and honourable whilst also being tender and kind and yet emotionally strong with a steely determination and a worthwhile purpose behind our every action.
It is a difficult path towards which to strive, but the nearer we approach this combination of character traits the more rewarding our lives and careers will be.
Success is never guaranteed, but certainly as an interviewee, if our answers illustrate episodes in our lives where these characteristics have come to the fore then the probability of success, in the form of a job offer, is increased dramatically!
