A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members.
It was first introduced nearly 100 years ago by Napoleon Hill and subsequently described in detail in his book, Think and Grow Rich.
He described it as, “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”
