After more than 25 years helping people with their careers, it is clear that, for those professionals who are in job search mode, the most common challenge they face is that they have the wrong focus within their self marketing strategy.
They may have the right elements within their strategy but most of their effort, around 80%, goes into those elements, which although easy, produce the fewest results.
