If you run your life with a set of strong moral principles it won’t occur to you to exaggerate your achievements either on your CV or during an interview: your integrity says a lot about you.
Your achievements are essentially your unique selling proposition as far as an interviewer or a potential employer is concerned.
No matter its size, whether you saved your employer £1k per year by reorganising the warehouse or secured a new contract worth £1m, each achievement should do two things.
First, it should show how your action benefited the company and secondly it should illustrate your transferable skills.
