If you are going to become a top interviewee you need to know you top five achievements and also what you are going to say about the following character traits: your values, your drivers, your transferable skills and your strengths (and of course your weaknesses).
Even more importantly you need to know, and be able to illustrate, how they are interrelated. Do all this and you’ll become a top interviewee.
However, to become THE top interviewee rather than just A top interviewee, it isn’t so much the content behind these headings but how you put that content across to the interviewer that counts.
