When you are preparing for interviews build some of the following concepts into the words and phrases you use to describe your achievements, your setbacks, your actions, your career moves, your failures, your triumphs, your plans, your interactions with others: indeed everything you talk about.  The concepts to illustrate are that you always:

Act confidently and purposefully.
Use setbacks as motivation to improve.
Aim to stretch yourself mentally.
Act modestly and thankfully.
Accept yet forgive the failings of others.
Leave people and things better than you found them.
Do more than is asked of you.
Acknowledge your limitations and mistakes.
Encourage people to share your positive attitude.

As the old adage says, 'It’s your attitude not your aptitude that determines your altitude.' #proteuscareermanagement #interviewpreparation #interviewskills
