The most concentrated form of a mastermind group is the one-on-one relationship between mentor and mentee; it’s loosest form is a large professional network such as LinkedIn.
Either way, recognise that most people in a professional career are very willing to offer advice to other professionals, but a word of warning - yes, willing but not necessarily able!
Be very wary of the well meaning friend, colleague or relation whose opening phrase is, “If I were you I’d .....”. Remember they are NOT you and their advice will often be appropriate to their own values, personality and drivers, NOT yours.
