As I've said many times before, if you are serious about your career, you need to find a mentor. If you haven't got one, get one and even if you have there's nothing wrong with having two.
We all get down occasionally, it's human nature, but if we have someone to whom we can talk confidentially about our challenges, someone with whom to share our feelings, they will lift our spirits even in the direst of circumstances.
