If you fear interviews, ignore that fear at your peril! "Ignore it and it'll go away", is not an advisable approach.
Refusing to accept that it exists doesn’t make it easier to overcome: it leads to irrational behaviour, particularly when the fear raises it's head in a real interview.
The best way to deal with it is to write it down with an example of when it happened and what you did or said.
Critically, also write down what you should have done or said: now keep reading the 'should haves' until they are firmly lodged in your subconscious.
