My perception they help us function, deal with problems, give us hope and faith.
They give us insight to our desires and needs,
usually our unconscious anxieties, fears, desires, hopes and fantasies.
I use them to give me clues to where I am struggling in my life most.
We have the power to intepret them to suit us, but I would suggest exploring Why?
I love looking up dreams, they are important and should be respected.
