Neglect the preparation of questions you ask during an interview at your peril. 

Here are some themes.

1. Questions which allow you to illustrate those of your achievements that the interviewer has not yet heard.

2. Questions that will enable you to get at the culture and ethos of the organisation.

3. Questions that show you have thoroughly researched the company.

4. A question that allows you to cover any reservations the interviewer may have before you leave the interview.

5. And finally a question about what happens next.
