This is the most meaningful string of ten two letter words I've ever heard!
Certain things cannot be delegated to others: taking exams, eating sensibly, keeping fit both physically and mentally, contributing to business discussions and attending job interviews to name but a few.
Others can advise you but the activity itself is up to you.
For interviews you need to approach them with confidence.
Some of that confidence will come from the advice you take on board from your coach or mentor.
Some comes from the ability to speak with clarity, being groomed for success and being physically and mentally fit.
Yet more comes from preparation and practice - with this total package interviews won't be so daunting.
