A question I get asked quite regularly is...
"How can I actually work with you?"
The answer depends on what you're trying to achieve.
Some people want to build a buy to let portfolio but don't have the time to research areas, analyse deals, organise refurbishments or manage the whole process.
Others have already decided the North East is where they want to invest. They simply want someone local who knows the streets, understands the numbers and can help them avoid expensive mistakes.
I also speak to people who have capital they would like working harder, but don't necessarily want to own property themselves.
Every conversation starts the same way.
Understanding your goals.
Not trying to fit everyone into the same solution.
I've always believed the best client relationships start with honesty.
