All the job description does is to tell you what you are responsible for, but what you achieve when you carry out your responsibilities is down to you.
The best accolade you can ever aim for is that someone will say, "You always do more than is expected of you!"
Whatever you do for your employer, aim to keep the words of this accolade in mind. The result? You will be both valued and successful as well as being far less likely to be a casualty if your employer has a head count problem.
