Summary
I started Insight Thrive Coaching after I found myself in the need of coaching several years back. Following a successful coaching programme, I saw and understood the importance and impact of coaching on somone's life and career.
In 2020, I undertook an accredited coaching course and later in that year furthe specialised through a career coaching course.
My purpose is to help women gain clarity and confidence for their next career move by delivering tailored 1:1 coaching.
